The agreement between you and Jilik Live.

Your account

You sign in with Google and that account is yours alone. Anything done through it is treated as done by you, so keep it to yourself. One person, one account.

Diamonds

Diamonds are a licence to use features inside the app. They are not money, they earn nothing, and they cannot be transferred out or cashed in. You buy them from an agency or reseller listed in the app; that purchase is between you and them, and it is final once the diamonds arrive.

Beans and payouts

Beans are what a host receives when somebody gifts them. Jilik Live settles beans with the host's agency at the published rate, on the schedule the host has chosen. The agency then pays the host on whatever terms the two of them have agreed — that part is between them.

What you buy

Memberships, frames and entry intros run for the number of days shown and then stop. An item may be withdrawn from the store at any time; anything already bought keeps running until it expires.

What we may do

We may remove content, end a broadcast, suspend an account, and hold a balance while we look into fraud, a chargeback, or a serious breach of the guidelines. Where a balance was built by breaking the rules, it is reversed rather than paid.

Changes

Prices, rates and rewards are set by Jilik Live and can change. Changes are not applied backwards: what you have already earned is settled at the rate that was published when you earned it.
