Delete your Jilik Live account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app:

  1. Open Jilik Live and sign in.
  2. Go to Me → Settings & privacy.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm with your ID.

What is deleted

Your name, photo, email address, nickname, bio, birthday and gender; who you follow and who follows you; and the items you wear. You are signed out on every device at once. Posts and messages you already sent stay where they are, shown as from "Deleted account". Any diamonds or beans left on the account can no longer be used.

A deleted account cannot be restored, and the same Google account cannot be used to sign up again.

What is kept

The record of payments, gifts, top-ups and withdrawals, for as long as the law requires records of money to be kept — without your name attached to it.

Cannot open the app?

Write to us from the email address of your Google account and ask for deletion; include your Jilik Live ID if you know it. We delete the account once we have confirmed it is yours.
